Payment:
Upon execution of the vehicle rental agreement, the Renter shall make a payment in the amount of vehicle rental fee and extra service fees for the rental period specified in the agreement. Payment may be made in cash or by card.
Card Details:
We honor both credit and debit cards.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation within thirty days or more before vehicle pick-up – no cancellation fee.
Cancellation made between fifteen and twenty-nine days before vehicle pick-up – 10% fee.
Cancellation made between seven and fourteen days before vehicle pick-up – 15% fee.
Cancellation of the reservation within six days before the vehicle pick-up or absence on the date of pick-up – 30% fee.
Tax:
Local tax of goods and services (VAT) is 24%. It is included in all fees and is not refundable.
